Automated backups are heavily integrated: BladeVPS machines are backed up every four hours by default, weekly backup extensions are available, and web-hosting accounts get daily backups with restore points accessible straight from the control panel. ✍️ Customer Support

Customer service at TransIP is built around a knowledge-base-first and ticket-based model. The public support section directs users first to an extensive Knowledge Base, then to direct contact through the control panel for existing customers. Support specialists are "all tech" – they are technically trained rather than generic call-center agents – and they aim to hand over the information and tools to solve issues rather than taking over full configuration of customer environments. Support hours are generous: on weekdays the team is available from 08:00 to 00:00 local time, and on weekends and public holidays from 09:00 to 19:00, with a stated target of responding within 60 minutes during these windows. Pricing is fair for the Dutch market but not the absolute cheapest, especially once you start adding premium VPS specs or cloud resources. For technically comfortable users who care more about control, EU data location, certifications and a modern stack than about rock-bottom pricing, TransIP is a very strong candidate; for beginners who want someone else to manage everything, a more fully managed provider might be a better match.
