😠 Absolutely TERRIBLE host. I was not aware of my hosting date coming to an end so I forgot to back up my files. After I contacted support, they assured me I will be able to get it for free. After they transferred me to a higher management, they started to ask for PAYMENT to get my files back. This is unacceptable. They are refusing to give me a backup download free of charge.

😠 AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Used to be with them for reselling and then POOF, one day ALL SITES WENT DOWN. The owner Darryl was no longer responding to emails and support claimed they no longer support us and our clients. Even while we were with them we had TONS OF SITES HACKED and tons of downtime.
We ended up just moving all our business and clients that night and just today came to find out that they had QUIETLY and SECRETLY sold the business. PRETTY SHADY THING TO DO!!!

😁 The Prime Host is the BEST! They have the best prices and best support! Darell, you really got something here. They offer the most space for the lowest amount of money. There tickets are responded in about a hour or less and the uptime is amazing!

😁 The Prime Host is an amazing hosting company. I have hosted (without problems) at Siteground, BlueHost, Hostgator and Multistream. Hosting hasn't been an issue with any of them, the difference I see at The Prime Host is their high level of customer service, communication, and knowledge base. I highly recommend them and will be moving all of my sites to them.
