We operate the entire data center in Berlin and our office with 100% energy from water, wind and sun - no certificates.

Speedbone GmbH has been using only green electricity since 2004, which is obtained from water, wind and sun. We do not trade in certificates. Our electricity is really green.

Our air conditioning systems run on free cooling when the outside temperature is below 18 degrees.
All new racks that are set up in our data center are in so-called islands. These islands consist of two rows of racks each with a roof and doors.

😠 Seit 2009 Kunde. Ausfälle hat es in den letzten Monaten andauernd gegeben. Jetzt wo ich als kleiner Kunde meine Domains zu Demonstationszwecken wirklich benötige, habe ich festgestellt, dass anscheinend seit Monaten der Server down ist. Seit fast 2 Wochen versuche ich über das Ticketsystem einen Menschen zu erreichen, dort antwortet aber zu 99% ein KI-Robotor mit Beschwichtigungsmails. Einmal hat mir ein MA geantwortet, gleicher Inhalt bzw. „ja, weil… tut uns leid… wir kümmern uns“. Nixda. Dort anrufen geht auch wieder ein Computer dran, mit dem Hinweis eine E-Mail zu schreiben. Wenn man das macht, dann bekommt man eine Mail zurück, dass ein Ticket im Ticketsystem angelegt wurde und man dort antworten werde. Wieder der KI-Roboter am Start. Selten so veräppelt gefühlt. Ich bin mal gespannt was das jetzt noch für ein Terz wird die ganzen Domains umzuziehen und den ganzen Kündigungskram mit den Rechnungen.
