😠 Used to be amazing, but not anymore.
I've been a customer for 12 years, but they have not upgraded services at all in years. Their administration tools are clumsy, obsolete, and incredibly slow. Email quota is only 100mb, which causes daily headaches if you get any amount of spam. Spam filter is virtually unusable and antiquated. Speakeasy used to have an amazing tech support line, but now they have long holds, little help, and slow resolutions. One of their techs suggested I use Gmail, which was honest at least. Setting up scripts or installing libraries on hosting servers for CMS is painful and highly limited. There are many free or very inexpensive hosting solutions that are better. Sad to see it go so far downhill since the merger.
