😠 Poor Service and No Refunds!
We have a popular website that gets over 300,000 hits a day, but for technical reasons, we needed a new server, so we tried SolVPS. In December, 2021, we purchased a year of service and installed our site.
Sadly, the completely unloaded SolVPS server ran much slower than our old server, which made no sense since it was not publicly available yet and had no users, while the old server was still fielding a full and constant load. When we explored the problem, we discovered that the SolVPS disks were running TWENTY TIMES SLOWER than our existing server, even though the SolVPS machines use SSD disks and the old server had hard drives.
We complained to SolVPS, and they moved our server to different nodes which helped the performance somewhat, but they were never able to deliver disk throughput comparable with the fully-loaded old server. After two months of failures, we abandoned SolVPS.

😠 They have changed for the worst
They’ve undergone some changes as a company recently, and screwed up their payment system. I’ve had my auto payment working for years, then they terminated my servers and deleted my backups a couple of days after an overdue notice was sent. I’m done, moving on.

I have clients who have had their website hosted with a different web hosting provider and when their site was down, not working correctly, or had a hosting question. They could not get a definite answer from who they hosted with or would take for ever before receiving a response from support. They sorted out the problem and took responsibility for the issue, even though it was partly my own doing. I now have one Vps and one Dedicated Server on their network and have enjoyed a trouble free experience when it comes to downtime, ssh access and billing.

Speed of my sites is awesome as if server is located next door. No downtime was faced. Support respond at least within 5 minutes. Problem resolution takes 10-15 mins. SolVPS.com is the best US host! 😠 I never ever seen as bad as company like solvps! First i bought a domain from that company.. After 5 days i never got my domain or reply on my tons of tickets. Then i canceled order and bought from godaddy. Asked a refund, they refunded on website credit after 7 days. Totally i waited for a domain 11 days. Today i bought a vps with my credit on site. Still not deployed anything and zopim is offline.. No one not reply to tickets. Clearly i can say that this company is scam. I hope i can get my money back..

😁 I have been using SolVPS since August, 2015. They have great customer support. I love the prices. The server was down for about 15 minutes one month. So far, I am extremely impressed with these guys. There is nothing that counts more than decent support, they go beyond the call. I really hope the rest of the support team are like this.
