😠 They are an unethical company. I bought their VPS server, paid them with the monthly package and they were good support. Once I paid, they stopped replying. My server stopped working after a few days and I have been messaging and calling them ever since but they ignore my messages and cancel my calls. They just replied once and said that it was fixed while it wasn't fixed at all. They are just frauds who don't even care about selling their services for 2nd month.

Worst service ever. They let my domain expired for more than two weeks and it is still eventhough I have paid 10 days before expiry. I launched a ticked and talk them on their web chat, they just gave me new times. They are failed to reactivate my domain and it looks like this company has turned to a scammers company. 😠 i have bought a hosting and domain from them and paid by my card and found error then I paid then by jazz cash and latter found my card is also charged by skyhost . I called them and they want me to issue a tick . issued the ticket but got no response. few days latter i called again and got same response we are looking into this . then i got an email for acknowledge that "Refund is in process. You will get refund in 7-10 working days. " till date not response i called them and want the status and getting response its a auto process you will get refund by the bank . while there is no such system that bank or merchant such auto refund . they can only charge my while the accept the payment. while asking this question the so called manger named Ali say jo karna hea kr lain . . be careful of such scam people.

😠 Pathetic lousy services. Uptime for the site is barely reliable, and when you're frustrated by submitting the tickets again and again, no one even bothers to check the issue. Tickets being marked as resolved automatically without any resolution. And if you somehow manage to get through their support numbers (which they don't pick usually), you'll feel like talking to a 5 year old. They just try to push blames on you and your website. But don't loose hope keep calling and if they figure out what's wrong with their servers, eventually your website will be up in few hours or a day. And congrats you dropped down in google ranking and lost few customers. And IRONICALLY IT HAPPENS EVERY 4 DAYS! I guess you better know before you go with these unprofessional inexperienced goofs. Cheers!
