😠 on 21st Dec. All my email from my inbox evaporated. I have complaint to their website. Every day i am complaining but there is very little to no response. They ask me to go to website change my password and check whether there is my emails or not. Though I informed them but their reply is coming once every 24 hours without any concrete solution.

ho usato per 2 anni il servizio di registrazione dominio .cn e hosting con cpanel
hosting alla fine è stato disdetto perchè sempre hakerato ed era impossibile far stare in piedi il sito (e parliamo di un sito statico quindi senza sw potenzialmente esposto)
presi dalla disperazione abbiamo chiesto il codice di trasfeirmento del dominio con 2 (DUE) mesi di anticipo sulla scadenza
nessuna risposta se non "ci dispiace, perchè vuoi andare via?" "le risponderemo il prima possibile, abbiamo preso in carico la sua richiesta"
dopo due mesi il dominio è scaduto ed è andato perso
questa è malafede e va oltre il pessimo servizio
