😠 poor customer service
We initially attempted to transfer at leaset three of our domain names from another service provider to singaporehost.sg, which as recommended to us. However, after encountering several issues using their website (which was quite badly designed), we tried to initiate the customer support chatline. The service provided is very unclear and unspecific, such that we have to spend a long time chatting with them before we could achieve something. We also found out there are several hidden costs which were not advertised on the front page of their website. Do not believe them when they say $8 a month, there is no installment plan at all, we one have to pay a whole sum at one time. The FTP instructions were very complicated that we gave up. Initially it was told that we could pay $80 fro all domains to be transferred and hosted, but we were not told that the transfer will involve $18 per domain name. each time you buy a domain name from them, also need to pay $39, which is not cheap at all, [read more...]
