Having seen several highly positive reviews for simplewebshosting.co.uk makes it even more frustrating when you have an absolutely appalling experience of them! When we called to enquire about taking our business to them (the previous owners of the business that we’ve taken over used and recommended them) we were really disappointed.You don’t expect to be sworn at and hung up on when you’re about to take new business somewhere! Appalled by their lack of customer service. We have no idea if their features are good or their value for money, as if you can’t get past the horribly aggressive, mindless obscenities on the phone then you don’t get a chance to find out. They may be a fantastic company if, and it's a big if, they deign to speak to you about your business, but i'd suggest it's not worth the risk of verbal abuse and you'd be better off taking your business somewhere where customer civility, let alone service, is more certain.
