1. Bad support
2. Server down always.
3. Support phone number not available.
4. No support available on weekends ( if you have any problem on Friday night, That will be solved on Monday. Till then face you, users, by yourself. )

😠 Iam a Reseller of Silicon House from 2003. But this is the worst of worst time iam facing huge trouble with their Support system. I have hosted 25 domains under my reseller account, but few of the domain are recently wiped off and not listing under my reseller account. i contacted Silicon house support of 13th January 2021, and from that date iam daily updating my ticket but NO use till date (13th Feb 2021). Its been one month they have replied my support ticket . I think Silicon House is affected with CORONA and died long back . RIP

Silicon House Becomes .in Registar - Web hosting provider Silicon House (siliconhouse.net), based in India, announced last week that it was named a fully accredited registrar for the .in domain, joining six other companies recently appointed as .in registrars by the National Internet Exchange of India.
The company opened .in for registration on February 16, acquiring 500 customers on the first day alone.

I don't want to call Silicon House is a "Web Hosting Company" nor what they do is a service. During my stay, they had poor performing servers that get attacked very often rendering your websites vulnerable since you are in a poorly secured shared hosting server. Servers go down often and until you stay hours in their useless support service personal, they don't even know they are down. Silicon house supporting is the worst I have seen in my entire life.

They moved away from cPanel to save few bucks with no option for the users to select what they want to use for site management. Finally they hiked the price up in par with Godaddy which forced me to leave.

If you are new to web hosting or serious about your web presence, STAY AWAY from these scammers!!!!

There were some issues at times, during that time their support team provided full logs which was easy for me to fix the improper plugin or other issues. I really feel proud to be a member of silicon house. I’ve been with siliconhouse for almost 2 years and every experience with them has been nothing but professional and extremely helpful.

They have always bent over backwards in helping when ever i face any issues .Their support personnel are knowledgeable and very quick to resolve any issues. They do provide decent uptime, good pricing and professional service.

The support is top class. I had a few issues uploading and getting my database setup. On live help, technicians were very helpful and guided me through all my problems and doing most of the work for me.

Guys where do you live. MYSQL limit is quite normal and you can see that in all the terms of DECENT hosting providers. If you try to abuse any hosting provider, they are entitled to take action. I have been using their services for more than 4 years now. I also had issues in mysql or php resources. They were polite and gave me logs to troubleshoot my issue. I had hosting with hostgator too. They have never given such detailed info to resolve the issue. They simply suspend the site and ask us to upgrade to a dedicated server. For the money we pay, we get a better hosting experience than hostgator. If you try to abuse their server, they are quite strict like any other host. I see many reviews written here with a motive. Grow up guys. Try to be technically assertive and do some justice to yourself.

In my opinion, they are one decent hosting provider who strive to reach a place in global hosting arena. All the best for them.

i opted for Unlimited hosting package for Rs6000 per year.

when i started in the year 2008 i opted for nano package for Rs399.

cost is very cheap and they introduced recently chatting support.

if iam not satisfied with support i visit their office and get it resolved.

after they become ICANN registrar now iam getting domain name for Rs 375 ,so i can make some decent profit.

over all iam comfortable with pricing.

started with nano,now unlimited hosting i dont have any big complaints.

😠 I am really filling sorry for what i have written early comments it was forced by company to write this. I am really sorry for the person whom i started the business and he supported me each and every step. But due to his vender the silicon house lost of trouble were created site were suspended without any reason just saying its cpu percentage is more so other site were effected. For solution they blackmail me to become there reseller then only they will unsuspended the sites and host it on my reseller back -- so i purchase reseller pack for 6000 -200 domain hosting
and pervisious vender i purchased 8000 for 200 domain hosting for 2 years .............so you only thing which was the cheaper

it is a hopeless company and they will rip you off for your money..
Don't trust them... they all are real liers..

I have an account with them with NANO package but I just have 3 websites hosted on their servers... My websites are not at all live with just 100MB bandwidth usage and these bastards are sending me mails saying that my account is consuming highest resources.... they are such a liers.... they suck - bastards...

😠 My site searockmarine.com was suspended without informing me saying that your site using heavy resources of our server. This cause slow down of the server and other resellers in the same server are getting affected.
we have given you few sites which consumes unusual amount of disk space and ram usage.

You can run such sites in a corporate server or VPS .

Besides go for backup solutions which would be Rs 2499 per year, incase of down time or hardware failure it will sure help your site data to be in safe hands.

even they are not providing my site backup. so i can run from some other server. It just like blackmailing the costumer i speak to my vender they told me silicon house has stop the support log in and whm panel login so they can't take the backup and siliconhouse is asking more money from my vender to activate all suspended account done by silicon

😃 Silicon house helped me a lot to save my reseller package sigmasoftwares from a cheater www.ziindia.com udit singh .

Udit singh of www.ziindia.com was a reseller of siliconhouse.net

and got 5 reseller package for Rs 14999 for 3 years.

Rs 14999/5 Reseller package = Rs 2999 per reseller package for 3 years.

Meaning Rs 999 per reseller package per year.

Udit singh of ziindia.com Resold that Rs 999 per year package for Rs 8000 for 2 years and made huge profit.

Udit singh works full time for MTS mobile and he has one room office in jaipur with one data entry guy .

he never provided proper service and cheated me .not only me many companies he cheated in jaipur.

i contacted siliconhouse directly and asked their help and they are the one who helped me to recover all the websites which are locked and cheated by Udit singh of zest infotech.

😠 Silicon house This is a WORST possible company in web hosting services. and a blackmailing business.
We are with silicon house from last 3yrs and have purchased 700GB (linux)+ 100GB (window) server and also having domain reseller package.

Over the year we have given such a big business to silicon but as our 500GB linux hosting coming to end next year (total of 3 year we have purchased) they started blackmailing us to buy new hosting and backup tie up started deleting site from server with database and then say we didn't do it. suspending the account even our support login was change which was not given to us. our hosting WHM panel username password were change the us treating us a criminal not even the picking up the phone the no they provied Please call to this number 9345691145.

😁 for the money you spend to my knowledge its far better than 2-3 hosting company i know in india.
lets go one by one

1.customer support realy has to improve but if you have cordial relation with any one in this world they matter whether you are thier worst enemy.so it is upto us to get our work done.

2techenical knowlege wise they can help dummies.but if u are a webhoster u should not the blame this people its u you have be technically sound i never call the support staff.

3.as pointed by some review their senior guys rajan and venket will attend u if you are new.its natural man we also do in our business.i have their personal number and i talked to them they cordial guys.

4.price wise no one is giving such a low price-and the site speed is good.thats enough for small websites

5.some one pointed out about the virus malwares scripts.the are trusting us that we are good webhosters.but some nontechnical guys just download premade wesites found every where on the net.and [read more...]

😠 This is a WORST possible company in web hosting services.

They just want to sell their stuff and then forget about you. They will remember you only when the package renewal is pending.

I had hosted both Windows and Linux plans for more than 50 sites with SiliconHouse.Net and I must say that almost once every 3 months they are changing their servers due to whatever nonsense reasons or hardware failures.

More to that, their support ticket system and their support staff sucks. They don't respond in time (TAT is more than 48 hours many times) and if they respond they do not have capabilities to even understand the technical problems.

Suresh and Rajan who are senior executives there do not take care of the existing clients but if you are a new one and a potential lead, then they will call you 10 times a day!

Worst company I have ever worked with in hosting business.

😠 Silicon House is very Worst Hosting Company. I have a Very Bad Experience with Siliconhouse.net.
I took Their Reseller Super Plan for Rs.9999 Per Annum. But After Ordering They took 2 Days time to Activate My Reseller Hosting Package.

Even They are Very Poor in Support. If you Make a Support Ticket They Will Reply you After 1 Day. Really Siliconhouse.net Sucks.

Even They Don't Provide Everything Whatever They Promise. They Written in Their Website that They Will Give Free 75 SSL Certificate, But They Don't Provide me a Single one, Even For Selling Also.

The Most Important Thing is They Don't Have any Money Back Guarantee. That Means If you are Not Satisfied with them, you can't Get Back your Money. So Think Thrice to go for Silicon House.

😁 we are hosting with siliconhouse.net since 2007.
we have linux nano package before.

we bought a nano package for a cost of Rs 2499 per year.
the advantage of siliconhouse.net is low cost just Rs 2499 per year and they provide

20gb space and 10 domain hosting facility.

cpanel with fantastico..the server was good and we got the latest cpanel.

now we have upgraded to their latest high end server that is

dual cpu xeon 5520 with 12gb ddr3 ram raid 10 server.

the server performance was amazing and there is no single minute down time for the past 62 days :) since we upgraded.

i would recommend siliconhouse.net 5520 server to everybody who is expecting uptime and low cost..they provide cpanel with fantastico.

siliconhouse.net have a very decent support team. they provide solution over phone as well as by email or tickets.

till now i always post a ticket and important one.we will call directly to them.

😉 I have taken 1 yr 20GB reseller package from siliconhouse. For such low charges what more service u need . I think for that money they are giving sufficient service. I have Reseller Hosting with many other companies. there they give better service but their charges are also high. So wat i wanted to say is expect srvice for the money you pay. u want beetr service go to better hosting companies instead of blaming a company. When they give for less price they can give u only that much support

😠 They host many dodgy sites, some are even trojan / malware virus sites. The domain owners embed the script on their sites with a malicious code, and it uses a backdoor to get inside. Once it's there it will relay to the scammers any sensitive info it can find (like passwords, logins, emails, credit card info etc). I don't think siliconhouse.net are the ones doing the hacking, but they obviously must be aware of it, but just looking the other way. Hackers are paying customers too, so who cares what they do on their sites and where the money comes from to pay the bill!!!
