😠 If you buy an Intel 8 Core with 128 GB of RAM, just know the hardware is old, and will function slower than an Intel Core i7 with 64 GB of RAM.

No customer service, at all.

Slow servers, very laggy and weird.

1 Gbps dedicated Cost $250+ but they give you 100 Mbps dedicated and 400 mbps burst speeds. Complete ripoff.

You get what you pay for.

😠 I paid a month of service for $ 699, which never worked, the channels were impossible to see they were constantly freezing, never gave solution and then canceled my account, so I never received the service and lost my money.
I do not recommend them
Never buy this service.

😞 Sadly if they ever got their network functional it's speedy. Problem is massive packet loss in their network which they could care less to fix. Support agrees there is a problem and yeah we are gonna send it to senior techs. Since there is no trouble ticket system the next day you are back to square one and your server has been unusable for hours.

Just a big waste of money.

😁 I've been hosting my IPTV channels with Server Room for over a year, and i have nothing but great things to say. Everything was implemented quick and they went above and beyond what any other service provider would do, to make sure they meet my not so ordinary requirements.

😠 Best tech support, worst server and services, the only thing is that you always get someone on the line the problem is that you need to contact them every day a few times a day because nothing is working, the answer is always the same "the technicians upgrade something", "we had an unscheduled maintenance", this only means that their technicians are retards, spoke with a guy from tech support one time and they get payed 180$ per month, I felt sorry for them.

😠 These guys are the worst I have had my websites with them for a month their serbers keep crashing my sites are down more than they are up!!! And when you talk to a tech you cannot understand a word they are saying.
I have been a webmaster for 10 years and serverroom is the worst I have ever seen!!!
