😁 ServerIntellect.com is near perfect
First and most impressively the support at Server Intellect is *more* than amazing. Seriously.
I'm not easily impressed but ever single tech support person at the company is incredibly helpful AND knowledgeable. and I've contacted their support at least 12 times in the last 6 months.
I have 2 sites hosted with Server Intellect now and am moving more to them. I am moving from Arvixe which is horribly slow in both support and the control panel (but does offer alot for the money)
A few things that Server Intellect needs to add to be perfect are : 1) manager/reseller type account that I can login once to manage multiple sites; 2) a Login ID that is not a number (why not my email address?); 3) More disk space for the $15/mo option; 4) improve the UI/control panel
I can easily manage around all issues except #1 as I have many sites.
This seems to be a case of getting MORE than you paid for (assuming near instant high-quality support holds value to you)

😁 Almost two years of service with ServerIntellect.com. Very simple and straightforward windows servers. No complaints and no major outages in that time. Upgrading servers was pretty simple when we need to upgrade hardware. I would like to note that most of the techs have dealt with in the past 2 years have always been a pleasure to talk and have pretty much resolved any issues straight away. Good stuff with ServerIntellect.com

😁 The pricing is good for a complete Windows managed server. Plenty of configuration options and adding raid and other hardware is priced accordingly. The network is quick to boot and soild. If you have multiple servers you can use their private IP network which is really nice if your servers are transferring data behind the network or moving backups from server to server. The support is what I really love about Server Intellect. I could go on for hours on how knowledgeable their are. And no matter how many tickets or phone calls I make (I make a lot!) they always get the job done. Plus they follow up on the tickets, which most host will just close a ticket once the issue is resolve. I have had three windows servers before Server Intellect and none of them compared to what SI provides me with. You have a customer for life Server Intellect.

😁 Three months ago we ordered a Windows 2008 Server. The turn around time was 24-48 as expected. I was quite surprised to see that my server was delivery to me in less than 12 hours. This was the start of good things with Server Intellect. The first week I was sending massive amount of tech support tickets while moving over to the new server. Every ticket was addressed and questions completely answered. Even calls put in at 5:30 am were answered by a live tech support agent. Server Intellect has provided phenomenal support to us these last three months and I will continue service with them.

😁 I started with a vps server 9 months ago and just upgraded to a dedicated server less than 2 months ago. Both the vps and dedicated servers perform to the set standard. The support has been phenomenal to say the least. Not one problem has been dragged out or taken days to fix. Server Intellect's response time on tickets is above average and resolutions come quickly normally with in 30 minutes. No complaints after 9 months of service.

😁 As a system admin for 12 years it is always hard to find dependable hosting companies. They always start out great for the first 4 months but start lacking after that. I am glad to say I have been with Server Intellect now for 1 year and they are still dependable.

😁 Great company with excellent Customer and Tech support services. I had a down server issue which was 100% my fault. Server Intellect was able to pinpoint my mistake and get the server and services back online within 30 minutes. You couldn't ask for a better company to work with. Keep it up!

😁 Our company has Windows 2008 Dedicated Server currently hosted with Server Intellect for the past 3 months. We are happy to say it has been very pleasing experience to have a server online without any issues. Server Intellect has a very fast network and good DNS features that allow for complex configurations. I would like to note the that the tech support is well versed in many of windows issues that normally arise with a server. It was nice to know that the staff understood what they were doing verses looking it up online and trying to resolve the issue. That really goes a long with us. A+
