Debido al excelente nivel de soporte técnico y comercial los procesos de adquisición y puesta en marcha de nuestros proyectos tecnológicos en los hostings provistos por Smart Advanced Solutions han sido más rápidos y eficientes que en nuestro proveedor anterior.
A pesar de estar distantes geográficamente siempre el soporte técnico ha estado presente en alguna personalización o configuración de manera oportuna. Las herramientas que brindan para el cliente son extraordinarias, realizar pagos, tickets de consulta y el seguimiento de las funciones del hosting es un plus importante hacia nuestra organización. - Diego Toala (SDK del Ecuador)
