😞 RuWeb ушёл в декаданс
Испортилась техподдержка.
При чём раньше была отличная и профессиональная (Федор Ефремов, например, дай Бог ему здоровья, отличный профессионал).
Но, видимо, руководство сменилось или собираются закрываться. Поэтому всем на всех сейчас наплевать. Про профессиональную компетенцию молчу вообще. Ощущение, что там сейчас пара аникейщиков с маленькой зарплатой. Берут 1000 руб/час за любое нажатие кнопки. Когда они понимают, что мы и сами справимся, говорят, что это всё равно будет стоить 1000 руб. за включение такой возможности :)) А на вопрос за что, отвечают (цитата): "У нас половина администраторов с Украины, мы сейчас работаем в сложном режиме. Дату можете посмотреть в последних новостях".
Мы с таким ещё ни разу в жизни не сталкивались...

Мы на этом хостинге уже взяли 15 VDS-серверов на высоких и максимальных тарифных линейках. Нужно было ещё столько же. Но, побоялись заказывать тут, взяли в другом месте. Что теперь делать с этими серверами, пока не знаем...
