😠 Tuve varios dominios en esta página, unos los perdí, pero todos los años tengo problemas para pagar el dominio, las páginas que se envian al mail no funcionan, se hacen cambios de contraseña en el área cliente y no funcionan. Un desastre, el área cliente, la forma para pagar es compleja, responden tarde mal y nunca. Desde ahí que no he comprado más dominios en esta web, los demás los deje vencer y lo peor es que trasladar el dominio no es claro.
Recomendación: para dominios es pésimo.

😠 Buenos días a todos,
Tengo muy muy mala experiencia con Rackeo. Yo tuve 2 dominios alojado ahí, de cual uno ya tenía casi 2 años. En febrero 2019 mas o menos la rapidez del alojamiento se bajó tanto que cargaba muy difícil mi página web. Un mes después aún no mejoró, pensando que algo estaba mal. Comunicándome con soporte tecnico, ya no había respuestas más tampoco. Me dió temor que todo estaba por caer y por seguridad apunté los códigos EPP para trasladar los dominios. Dado que yo estaba tán harto de no poder trabajar con mis sitios web, decidí trasladar mis dominios a otro servicio y yo tenía razón. Un mes después, resultó que yo no tenía acceso más a mis códigos EPP. He podido trasladar el dominio de 1 año, pero... el código EPP del dominio de 2 años que apunté no era correcto y no era posible de trasladarlo, resultando en perder mi dominio!!
Efectivamente están ahí para atender a recibir clientes y pagos, pero después..... ya no hay servicio, ni contacto más!!!

😠 Rackeo.cl is the worst
Nunca responden los problemas que existen con sus servidores de correo, es lo unico que usamos, ya que no tenemos website. Pero todas las semanas se presentan los mismo problemas con sus servidores de correo, especificamente con los POP3. Estabamos acostumbrados a cada cierto tiempo que pasara pero lleva dos semanas igual y sin respuesta de soporte. Horrible, no lo recomiedo.
