😠 the team at qualityhostonline are so rude and incompetant i ended up moving my business somwhere else : but just in spite they deleted my account so i couldnt extend my domain now someone else bought it after i ve been using it for 10 years: cant explain how much time i wasted because of these guys .... shame on you
🗨 This customer was confused between the domains they had hosted with us and elsewhere and initiated chargebacks for accounts "they thought" they had paid for. Despite repeated requests to log Into the billing system to verify the invoices and the domains they were for, they refused to do so. They constantly requested more free services rather than paying for what they had. In the end, the customers account had to be closed as they had no idea on the domain they hosted with us and did not seem to understand our requests to check the invoices and verify the domains showing on them. We would have hoped for a different outcome, but the customer was not interested in actually clearing matters up.

I was looking for the highest-rated company with the largest number of positive comments and feedbacks. When I found qualityhostonline homepage, I decided to try their business hosting plan (it starts from $8.95 only). The fact that I liked is that they offer server location choice: USA or Europe. Besides, they transferred all my files for free along with competent support help. The other things I like about their service are: Free Website Builder, Free SSL and SEO Tools.
Well, database set-up is pretty straightforward, ftp is no problem and the site has performed flawlessly since I set it up.
All problems have been solved as soon and nicely as I could expect, with a real-time support.
All in all, QualityHostOnline.com is an excellent web host, easy to set up fast and through help and support service. Good range of price plans. Their name speaks for itself.

I recently signed up to QualityHostonline in order to host a number of domains on a constantly improving package. The price for what you actually get seems very good. My VPS is very quick.
I had to create a ticket for an issue, which ended up being a port that needed to be enabled on my firewall. That issue was fixed in no time and the qualityhostonline support team was knowledgeable and extremely quick to respond.
They offer RAID Protected Space, they use Custom Built Supermicro Servers - great plus for them.
Their VPS are KVM-based. They use a Webmin/cPanel Control Panels, they are fairly well feature packed, and easy to use.
I am extremely satisfied with them!

😠 I was a customer of quality host online for a number of years and had occasional problems, but nothing major. All that changed in the last month. There were 2 24-hour long outages that I had to discover on my own (when a customer emailed me to tell me that the site was down). After that, a good deal of very important data stored in a MySQL db disappeared. Did they contact me to tell me that there was a problem? Once I emailed them about the issue did they even acknoweldge that there was a problem? Did they even agree to email me when they fix the problem (which they still haven't)? No on all counts.
If you want terrible service and tech support, go with quality host online. Otherwise, pick someone else.

The Cpanel interface is on par with the best out there.
The speed of the delivery is just fine.
BUT, the service is by-far the worst I have ever experienced!
They don't publish any phone numbers, and only handle service across E-mail. Their responses have been slow, and often don't answer the questions I posed to them. Three different times, they have canceled accounts I have through them due to not paying my bill. However, I have never received a bill, a notice or even a phone call. They just silently pulled my account out from under me.
During a time when my account was hacked, they just suspended my account, without any notice. I could just no longer log on to even c-panel to fix the problem. The communication between tech support and me was HORRIBLE!! It took multiple e-mails just to find out what happened. I would ask questions, and was responded with one sentence responses, with no solutions or information! Especially infuriating was [read more...]
