😁 I've been lucky enough to be a Quadhost customer since my first steps in system administration over 4 years ago and throughout this time it's been the most reliable and best value-for-money of all the services I have contracted. I especially appreciated their patience and customer support in the beginning and they have never failed me since. I also appreciate the automatic hardware upgrades throughout the years without me ever requesting them. If there is one provider I wholeheartedly recommend is Quadhost and I look forward to remaining a customer for years to come.

😁 Great value for NAT!
Used an NAT VPS in London for quite some time, the network is awesome. For the price paid for an unmanaged server I can't fault it. On the odd occasion I contacted support for package changes they have been prompt.

😠 Very low up time and they never respond tickets! I have opened several tickets over a week, but my system is down and nobody is responding my tickets. I feel my tickets are directly going to trash!

😠 I signed up for quadhost using Bitcoin and they immediately flagged it as potentially fraudulent. Okay. If Bitcoin is so suspicious, why do you accept it? Anyway, I paid for an entire year, and about one month into my service, it shut off. I created a support ticket, then another ticket, then another, and no one has responded. It's been two weeks, no response and no service! What a scam. They scammed me because I paid with Bitcoin, I am certain of it. If I paid with a credit card, I could have reversed charges. My lesson is learned. Do not use this service unless you want to be shut down, ignored, and scammed. This is definite fraud, fellas.
