😠 A once reliable hosting service steadily going downhill?
I've been with them for many many years and when it comes to their customer communication and reliability of service it's been seriously going downhill for a couple of years now. At this point I may still receive a pseudo-response to a server-side problem after it's been fixed or a belated response to a change that was made which has since become irrelevant but what I don't receive are timely responses to outages, specific questions I have or chronic problems that are not being addressed - like how to deal with the uncontrollable flood of junk mail since ever they eliminated box trapper and replaced it with nothing... I'm starting to wonder if they completely outsourced their former operation and are just riding their old subscriber base out until they quit in frustration...?
