😠 The site is adding unseen spam links under the images that users upload to share in forums.

😠 I had used postimages for 3 months when suddenly I was banned for no reason other than having anti Democrat party pictures and jokes.

😠 Postimage was a great find for hosting my image to use on all of our social media, emails and website. About 2 weeks ago without ANY warning it just went offline and will not allow me to access my account! My account only had business logo and website pictures, nothing that should've caused this issue. I have emailed them with ZERO response several times. It is really upsetting because you spend all of that time uploading and categorizing these pictures and then using them in your business and now it will take weeks to go find where these images are now showing blank box, where my images used to be on my website and in all of my email templates. This is a HORRIBLE product!

Founded in 2004, PostImage is a free easy-to-use image service that is designed for blogs, auctions, message boards and many other websites that have to do with images mainly. Their website is available in multiple languages which is great for customers who are not native speakers of English.
Here, customers do not need to register or login into their account, but they can just submit their picture. They provide this mod called Simple Image Upload that allows you to upload images from the posting page right away.
The maximum file size supported by PostImage is 24Mb and 10k x 10k pixels. However, if customers choose a premium account, they can upload files of 48MB and 10k x 10k pixels. The maximum of images that can be uploaded simultaneously is 1000. In case customers want to upload more pictures, they need to create an account. Other than that, customers can upload as many pictures as they want. PostImage provides all the basic features customers need when uploading pictures like setting as public/private, resize, drag & drop files, copy/paste, etc.

😞 Used to be simple, easy, reliable. Now it is less intuitive and site is too often down... like right now (9/7/2016 at 10:50 p.m. EDT). Getting tired of the excuses; I just want to access my photos!

😠 p.i. has evidently changed their format or style or something. It used to be a pleasure to use. Now to get it to work I have to scroll to the bottom of the page and select "old site". That still works(thankfully). This new arrangement doesn't. I've copyed and pasted every link I see there and cannot post a pic on a website.

I've used PostImage for 1-2yrs and there has never been any problems, The images upload fast, - Compared to others which take half a bloody century! - In all much better than others!

😠 They resize and crop your image without warning
I've had a few images hosted on this site and once they were used in an email campaign they were suddently resized and cropped and created a huge mess.
As you can imagine once the email was sent there was no way for me to use a different host or swap the image.
Tried to contact them multiple times without a single reply.
I would stay clear from postimage.org. There are many more reliable providers of simple image hosting.
