Before I start, let me say that I'm aware I have no prior posts, and thus my review might not be as star-studded as it should, but I had to write one. I've been through the wringer and dealt with a lot of hosts. A few decent, but most horrible. I was beginning to think the only way to have a good host would be to lease a server and run it myself. For service and support, I give Plus Plus Hosting a 10/10 and I highly recommend them.

After I've experienced some issues or high pricing with 3 other hosting providers in the last 5 years I'm very satisfied with Plus Plus Hosting service. I have utilized several hosts prior to Plus Plus Hosting provider. I am always impressed with their price vs quality. I would never switch to another host, and I recommend anyone thinking about it to use their hosting. Everything is running very well.

I am amazed at how professional Plus Plus Hosting. Not only do they reply immediately but when I had to sort out a critical issue at 11 pm on a Saturday the person I spoke to solved my problem and my e-commerce site was up and running again. In my capacity as IT Director, I know how difficult it is to throw a problem to someone and sort it out on the spot. I do hope that this web host makes a lot of money because they deserve it!

I have signed up with Plus Plus Hosting cloud hosting plan. They moved my websites over this weekend but as with all things, sometimes there are hiccups. These guys are phenomenal! I have hosted a number of sites and domains with Plusplus for over 10 years, probably 15+ years. In all that time I don't remember any significant down time and any issues are always taken care of very promptly. I have received help over and above what should be provided to resolve issues with my sites in the past. Highly recommend them.

They're pretty good. I have about 20 sites I host with them. Pretty responsive to my needs. I wish they offered colocation, or more cloud server options, but other than that they're good. I used to have a gripe that they didn't allow you to setup an autopay, but that has been remedied.

😁 I started using Plusplushosting services and I'm already impressed with their service.
Can say that it is a good and better than the best, according to me. As for the support, they are very prompt and giving 100% perfect answers to the customer. they always get to my support tickets in a timely manner and being able to call someone 24/7 is a real nicety.
Up time is (nearly) 100%.
Overall, just a fantastic web host.
