😠 Very unreliable and unprofessional housing service. Despite contractual agreement, IPv6 is not offered during a 5 year period. Dysfunctional support portal, incompetent and unreliable support hotline. Very disappointing small business company.

😞 Pachosting has hosted my website for a few years now, and so far always worked quite well. In December somehow the invoice for a fixed IP address slipped through and didn't get paid (the actual hosting invoice was paid for the whole year).
This provider didn't bother to send a reminder or warning of suspension of service, but just shut down the website due to the one unpaid invoice. Not the kind of service you would expect from a professional service provider. Don't believe, I will continue with them...

😠 Absolutely terrible service. They are now owned by Vodien Internet Services. When you go Pachosting website for tech support, you call the telephone number for tech support from the pachosting website and it leads to Vodien SALES team, who have no idea who Pac Hosting is and why you are calling their sales team. This then leads to 8 minutes of confusion, then you are put on hold forever waiting for the tech support team from Vodien. If you looked up Shit in the dictionary, you may see Pachosting mentioned there lol.

😞 They are little expensive, and they don't offer such quality considering such a high cost. It is a waste of money if you are looking for quality service which some affordable service provider offer like Big Rock, Domain Racer provides to their customer.

😠 Pachosting is rubbish, stay away.l!!!
Has been struck with this company for few years. First year is OK, but, the recent three years are extremely horrible in terms of stability and service altitude. A lot of basic features is missing, as per standard exchange service. Very unstable service, website access can keep on halting for every few minutes forever, without admitting there is a problem. Email service got interrupted in whatsoever style, frequently, like 2-3 times in week, and everytime say it will not happen again, and, everytime has a gold fish memory. Worst is the integrity, when we are determined to migrate to other service provider, and, get their promise on the refund of paid but unused portion of the service, they just revert on their promise shameless when we inform them the migration date. Poor product, poor support, poor stability, poor integrity. Stay away!!!!

😠 Totally agree their "Cloud based VPS" servers is a joke. The automatic backup and restore on their VPS product often failed. It could cause your entire VPS to stuck in the task processing state with their tech having absolutely no idea how to resolve it but only offering "rebuild" the server which would delete all the backup images created via the Control Panel.
Their tech support is surely not 24x7 trying to call after HK working hours means no one picking up your phone and no one replying email.
I had an incident in restoring the server from a VM image that took more than 24 hours and is still on-going with no light in the tunnel. What worse? The cloud disk images cannot actually be extracted for deployment on another VM!!! Bye Bye redundancy and failsafe..
If you want a Virtual Server Hosting solution you should look elsewhere.

😠 Hello everybody, We are Pachosting customer in Hong Kong and we are very unhappy about the quality of service provided by Pachosting. We have subscribed 3 VPS servers from Pachosting but the servers are down 2-3 times per week for more than 3-5 hours. No answer from support team and no actions from them.

I tried pachosting based on recommendations but I cannot recommend anyone this hosting company.
1. Their customer service is a joke, there is no way it is 24h support. I tried to call them and it was impossible to have a technical discussion with them, seems like they do not know their products.
2. The technical tutorials are really bad and not complete causing lots of misunderstanding.
3. Based on my experience they lack complete customer support understanding, email was down for a week because of pachosting and they did not even help me resolve the issue fast.
Stay away from pachosting!

Ok, I found that Pachosting charges a little higher than the market norm so I thought it was probably better than most of other companies. Their technical support doesn't seem to have some basic knowledge, even a question simple as "How do I change my FTP password?". It took them over 3 minutes to find out. Also the shared server is just bad. I understand that shared server can be slow, but I cannot accept that it sometimes takes over 10 seconds for a website to respond (respond only, not even have the page load!) Now I moved to another company, and paying 1/3 of their price, the same website of the same content, it pops within 3 seconds! How ridiculous! Rubbish company!

I've actually introduced a lot of customers to use PacHosting. There customer service is a JOKE! If you want to speak with a supervisor they say you would not be able to reach them.
If you need to upgrade a VPS or Cloud Server they say you cannot upgrade but before when you purchase the package they say "YES" you can upgrade. But their form of upgrade means re-purchasing another package.
Their 24 hrs support is not 24 hrs support. I placed a call at 3am in the morning they responded at 3pm in the afternoon.
They charge you a late fee for cancelling a server? Overall Pachosting is a SCAMMING COMPANY stay away!

😠 Awful customer service and payment options
This is the second time we have had service turned off with out warning even though we made the payment via bank transfer… They are so disorganized and lacking in professional customer service options. No Credit Card or PayPal options.
Would gladly change but so few companies do ASP…. It may be worth recoding to PHP just to never use them again.

😠 The worest customer service, I have ever seen
I've contact their customer service (CS) for enrolling web hosting service, but CS said she could not answer any technical question, then I request to transfer the call to their support or her supervisor. But the CS said according to their company policy, she cannot transfer or raise the user request to their supervisor and support team. This is Absolutely Ridiculous !!!!!!

😠 The connection is always down from HKIX to it's web server.
It's cheating as no one picks up the phone call from 4:00am to 8:00am while web site is saying 24x7. The service is poor. Right now the email server is down for more than 48 hours without getting back to normal services. Very disappointed from their services.
It's IMAP server is suck while it has limited the download bandwidth. Connect their software provider and prove the problem but no solution.
