😠 Technical support was good, very quick responses almost always. When they charged my card for services I did not want, billing department was just not responding to my tickets. Finally they couldn't, or wouldn't, let me transfer my domain elsewhere, so the registrar had to override. Wish I could give higher rating to the technical staff, but overall I can't.

😠 I bought the hosting, requested the free installation of an app OpenCMS that they advertise on their website but never got a reply. I have been waiting for more than 24 hours and nothing. Their phone goes to an answering machine.

😠 server is constantly down. Regular outages, frequently cannot even get to oxxus.net when server is unavailable.

Customer support with billing issues non-existent. Given the run around for nearly 6 months after they said they would refund my account for a billing issue. I wouldn't recommend to anyone that values their money.
