😠 Terrible customer service done by the owner Bill Banks. If you don't like what he is doing or says he threatens to take your site down. Also, if you ever do call Bill Banks of ourweb.net he will start swearing like crazy. Very poor customer service and very poor hosting.
One more thing...his servers are very slow. And if they crash he takes forever to get them back up and running. Highly suggest going with another host.

😠 not recommended. i purchased the personal reseller pack for usd2.5 and hosted just three domains. after a year, i hosted nearly 20 domains. immediately banks sent a mail and said the price is increased to usd7.5.
i asked " why ", i didn't answered me.
immediately, he suspended all my accounts ( i paid the amount for one month advance). i cheated me and didn't refund the money.
