😠 Geisterfirma - Hände weg
Kein Support, niemand ist erreichbar, anscheinend laufen die Systeme alleine vor sich hin.
PHP ist auf Version 7 stehen geblieben und ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass die Systeme die notwendigen Updates erhalten um sicher zu sein.
Das Ticketsystem ist fehlerhaft und wenn man es schafft Tickets zu eröffnen werden sie kommentarlos wieder geschlossen. Bezahlen kann man nur mehr über paypal oder mit Überweisung, jedoch wird die eingehende Zahlung nicht richtig verbucht.
Bin zu einem anderen Provider geflüchtet.

😠 Katastrophal!!! Domain abgeschaltet trotz Bezahlung der Erneuerungsbestellung. Am Konto ist der bezahlt Betrag sichtbar - trotzdem wird dieser nicht der Bestellung zugeordnet.

SEIT 3 WOCHEN versuchen wir NETSTORAGE telefonisch zu erreichen sowie mehrer Supporttickets abgesandt. KEINE ANTWORT !!!!!!! Seit gestern ist nun unsere Firmenmail abgeschaltet.. CHANCENLOS IRGENDETWAS zu erreichen. Haben den Betrag nun ein 2.MAL überwiesen - NICHTS !!!

DANKE NETSTORAGE - für das perfekte Service und Erreichbarkeit NIE MEHR WIEDER - SO bringt man Unternehmen in Schwierigkeiten....

😠 Unbrauchbare Firma, durch den miserablen Service gingen uns leider Domains verloren, ohne das sich jemand gemeldet hat. Sowas habe ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht erlebt!
Lieber ein, zwei Euros mehr bezahlen, dafür kompetenten Service und professionale Hilfe.
Schlechter geht fast nicht mehr.
