😠 mycybernet.net / switchworks HORRIBLE!
The absolute worst customer service of all time. No response to any problems ever. The only communiications I had with them that resulted in any action was when I terminated my service. They are owned by Switchworks and the service has been in steady decline in the last few years. Horrible horrible amateurs with no understanding of networking, network engineering, internet protocol. They basically blame Bell Canada for any issue even when its clearly a routing issue within their network. Avoid Switchworks and avoid Mycybernet.

🗨 Hi, Sorry to hear about your issue this way. This forum is dedicated to hosting and you were a residential DSL customer so we did not catch this complaint until recently. I also note you have used a false name so we can't reach out to you to discuss this personally. With DSL, Bell owns and is rsponsible for a big portion of the network. There is little we can do to fix things when the problem is inside their network. In fact, if they do invewtigate and find no problem, you will be charged $100. So we do advise customers to thoroughly investigate all possibilities in their own home before we engage this process.
