😠 Production VPS outage with no public status update
2026-07-03 major ongoing outage.

Our VPS is repeatedly losing external connectivity/DNS today. SSH is timing out, the service hosted on the server is not responding, and logs show DNS resolver timeouts.

At the same time, mvps.net itself is down with Cloudflare 522 Host Error.

Support has not replied during this active outage. There is no public status update, so customers have no idea what is happening, whether anyone is fixing it, or how long this will last.

I have used MVPS for years and this is the first major incident like this, but the lack of communication during an ongoing outage is unacceptable.

I’ve been using MVPS for nearly four years now, and honestly, it’s been an amazing experience from day one. I’ve never had a single complaint about pricing or availability, and I’ve never experienced any downtime at all. Hi, I like MVPS... and this is what I can say.

I've been using MVPS for couple of years.
Previously (in scope of another project) I had bunch of boxes where I was hosting WP websites.
I had many VPS hosting providers. Some of them were to slow, some had OS images which doesn't support hosting panel I need, some just were too expensive for my level of project.

And some servers from that scope were hosted with MVPS (VPS ONE) and experience was great, I didn't have any troubles with them.
Literally zero...., no claims.

Currently I'm running two servers (VPS ONE and VPS BASIC) with MVPS.
I like their hosting panel as it's simple and provides me ability to easily manage servers as I need (change password, edit PTR, re-install OS in case if "something went wrong" :) )
Competitive pricing is also great.

Thus, MVPS provides me all functionality, stability and performance I expect from my project for "normal" price.

after writing my reviews in WHTOP and HostAdvice and Trustpilot and other similar services
they suspend my account without alert They tricked me and thier Excuse is my website is send to much mail and in the fact i am send and recive 1 or 2 mail per day
dont use MVPS for mudium and large project
if you want to use MVPS for Learning that's ok but do not trust them for any project
Moreover their support is very rude and they close the ticket support without solution
