😁 WOW, their customer service is amazing. We have a hsphere cluster with 1 win box and 1 bds box. We have bumped into standard computer issues from time to time and they have always had our backs. They bend over backwards to help us. I think they run such a smooth ship that their staff does not have much to do, so when we need something they are all over it. Price has been great, I have only positive things to say about up-time.
