😁 Tengo 10 años alojando mis webs en mihosting.com , y no puedo estar mas contento. El servicio es estable, y rapido. Es muy raro que tenga que hablar con los tecnicos. En todo el año no consigo encontrar problemas en mis paginas. Si alguna vez he tenido que consultar con ellos, he conseguido la respuestas y ayuda que necesitaba. Lo recomiendo sin dudar.

😠 El soporte es terrible, sus respuestas son incoherentes llevo meses sin recibir mensajes desde @hotmail.com y su respuesta fue completamente inútil.

"Los correos desde la red de hotmail si llegan a nuestros servidores sin problema alguno, pero los correos enviados a tus dominios NO llegan. parece que gmail ha bloqueado tus dominios. Deberas contactar con ellos, para que te ayuden desbloqueando los dominios."

😉 He visto que su soporte por ticket no lo responden de una vez como lo dicen, ya he creado 4 tickets y ninguno lo han contestado. Solamente les escribo para preguntarles de sus productos pero parece que no les interesa vender nada espero que eso lo solucionen muy pronto.

😠 Como lamento no haber revisado las opiniones antes de amarrar mi dominio con esta seudo empresa, no valida ni mi dominio no puedo comprarlo en otro lado, su numero de España no funciona, menos el whatsapp, ojala les sirva de advertencia a las personasque consultan antes de consumir, lo peor que me ha pasado, en estos tiempos de rapidez en la informacion, su servicio simplemente no sirve. 😁 Hace 3 años que tengo un servicio reseller con mihosting.net y todo ha ido correcto hasta el momento, he tenido buena comunicación con su servicio de soporte, cuando les he reportado problemas los han atentido a tiempo y en general la experiencia ha sido positiva. Creo que no hay un proveedor con soporte en español que ofrezca unas tarifas similares en comparación a los recursos que ofrecen. A veces cuesta un poco contactar con ellos por teléfono, pero por lo general no tengo problemas usando el sistema de tickets de la web.

😠 Pésimo soporte
Tengo varios servicios activos desde hace tiempo. El precio es muy accesible pero realmente cuando hay un problema el soporte no sirve, y eso se traduce a jugar con el prestigio de mis propios servicios. Días enteros para no responder un puto ticket y ni siquiera poder resolverlo. Poco a poco voy migrando mis clientes y servicios.

NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE...

Siento mucho su reporte desfavorable. Y lamento de veras la situacion. Los tickets se atienden de forma general en minutos. No llego a entender por que razon tu ticket no fue atendido con rapidez. Si me dices el numero de ticket puedo revisarlo y si se trata de un problema de nuestra parte en la gestion del mismo, te daremos un año de servicio gratis sin problema alguno.

😃 He alojado mi pagina por mas de 4 años en miHosting.net, y no puedo estar mas contento. el precio es excelente. No he conseguido ver la pagina caida nunca, y el trafico crece cada mes (en estos momentos con mas de 500.000 paginas al mes) 100% recomendable.

😠 MiHosting is one of the worsted company you can choose. I have (had) two web sites hosted. I only got problems : spam (their spam filter doesn't work), sites down at least one's a week and for hours, unable to connect to my site (ftp, email, cpanel, etc,..) due to internal server problem, email addresses not working, hot line and assistance inexistent, they will never answer you if you have a problem ... And I assure you there are a lot of problems, sites cut down without any reason. Now the last thing they did, as I advice them that I didn’t want to renew my contract and was going to change my hosting company they just took my site out of line and my contract is still valid, generating that way important financial looses. A good advice : don’t take miHosting.net
