😞 En zomaar ineens krijg ik een factuur van € 112,- (over aankomende jaar) ipv € 68,- (over afgelopen jaar). Op de email met verzoek om uitleg kreeg ik een standaard emailtje: "U bent al vele jaren klant waarin nog nooit een prijswijziging is doorgevoerd... Ben je niet akkoord, dan wordt je pakket deze maand nog stopgezet." Ik ben helemaal nog niet jarenlang klant. Ik ben precies 1 jaar klant en dit is mijn tweede factuur ooit van hen. Dus het valt me rauw op mijn dak dat de prijs ruim 2,5 keer (!) over de kop gaat, in één jaar tijd... Los daarvan was ik wel tevreden over de kwaliteit van de hosting. De klantenservice kan nog wat aan vriendelijkheid winnen. De antwoorden komen razendsnel, maar zijn vaak bot van aard. Hoe dan ook, even nadenken of ik wel doorga met ze...
