(3*) 🔧 Services: Web HostingData CenterCloud Own datacenter
Metrabyte Cloud is a Thailand-based cloud hosting and data center provider operated by Metrabyte Cloud Co., Ltd. The company has more than 10 years of operating history and works within a broader business structure that also includes Metrabyte Datacenter Co., Ltd. and HostingLotus.com. Its profile is broader than a standard hosting seller because it combines cloud hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, business email, domain registration, SSL certificates, cloud backup, streaming infrastructure, web services, and ICT consulting.

A strong advantage is their own Internet Data Center presence in Bangkok. Metrabyte Cloud is an APNIC member, operates its own AS56067 network, and maintains its own core network environment. The company is also connected with the Thai domain market as a THNIC Titanium Plus .TH registrar, while Microsoft licensing is handled through a Microsoft partner / SPLA model. This makes them especially relevant for Thai customers that want local infrastructure, Thai billing, Thai-language support, and properly licensed Windows hosting or Windows VPS services.

Their hosting catalog includes Cloud Hosting WordPress, Cloud Hosting Linux, Cloud Hosting Windows, Cloud Backup, Cloud VPS Windows SSD, Cloud VPS Linux SSD, Cloud VPS Forex, Dedicated Servers, Colocation, Streaming Server, Used Servers, Dedicated Server lease-to-own, Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, web design, sales-page design, SEO, Google Ads, and OpenStack consulting.

The shared hosting range is divided clearly by platform. Linux Hosting uses NVMe SSD storage, CentOS, PHP, DirectAdmin, daily backups, free Let’s Encrypt SSL, unlimited email accounts, and unlimited MySQL databases. Windows Hosting uses Windows Server, Plesk, ASP / ASP.NET support, SQL Server support, PHP support, daily backups, and free Let’s Encrypt SSL. WordPress Hosting uses All Flash NVMe storage, DirectAdmin, free SSL, DDoS protection, migration assistance, WordPress optimization, and packages that either prioritize storage capacity or the ability to host multiple domains.

Their VPS platform is more advanced than basic virtual hosting. Cloud VPS Windows and Cloud VPS Linux are built on a hyper-converged cloud model where data is stored across multiple servers, with automatic failover, a self-service portal, remote console access, OS reinstall options, usage graphs, firewall protection, and fast internal network connectivity. The Cloud VPS Forex line is designed for MT4, MT5, EA, and cTrader users who need a continuously running trading environment.

Metrabyte Cloud also serves customers who need physical infrastructure. Dedicated Servers include managed setup, Thailand data center placement, KVM over IP, firewall protection, domestic and international bandwidth, monitoring, and hardware support. Colocation is available for customers who own their own servers and need rack space, power, network connectivity, traffic monitoring, physical security, and 24/7 support in a local data center environment.

The company is mainly oriented toward the Thai market, with Thai-language service pages and Thai billing. The customer portal supports broader localization options, including English and other interface languages. Product pricing is listed in Thai Baht (THB), which makes the service especially practical for businesses and individual customers operating in Thailand.

💰 Price & Cost

Metrabyte Cloud uses competitive Thai-market pricing across most product lines. Linux Hosting starts at 599 THB/year, while Windows Hosting starts at 500 THB/year. WordPress Hosting starts at 1,499 THB/year, including NVMe SSD storage, DirectAdmin, free SSL, DDoS protection, and migration support.

Cloud VPS pricing is accessible for small projects, development environments, and production workloads. Cloud VPS Windows SSD starts at 250 THB/month, including 3 GB RAM, 30 GB NVMe storage, 1 CPU core, 1 IPv4 address, and unlimited transfer. Cloud VPS Linux SSD also starts at 250 THB/month, with 2 GB RAM, 25 GB NVMe storage, 1 CPU core, 1 IPv4 address, unlimited transfer, and email monitoring.

Their Forex VPS range starts from 250 THB/month for Thailand-based Forex VPS, while the international / Singapore Forex VPS line starts from 350 THB/month. These packages are aimed at customers who run trading platforms continuously and need remote desktop access, 24/7 availability, and low-latency operation.

Dedicated infrastructure is priced in several ways. Colocation starts at 1,500 THB/month for Mini PC placement and 2,500 THB/month for rack-server colocation. Dedicated servers start around 2,300–3,000 THB/month for older Intel Core i5 / Xeon E3 configurations, while newer or stronger dedicated servers scale upward depending on CPU, RAM, storage, and hardware class. Their lease-to-own dedicated server option includes a Dell PowerEdge R620 configuration at 4,500 THB/month.

Their business email and productivity services are also priced in THB. Google Workspace Business Starter starts from 1,590 THB/year/account under promotional terms, while Microsoft 365 plans start from 990–1,290 THB/year, depending on whether the plan includes Teams. Zoho Mail Lite starts from 360 THB/year/account.

Domain pricing is straightforward, with examples such as .com at 450 THB/year, .net at 480 THB/year, .org at 500 THB/year, .in.th at 400 THB/year, and .co.th at 800 THB/year. SSL certificates start at 650 THB/year for Positive SSL, while Positive SSL Wildcard is listed at 3,250 THB/year.

A 7-day full-refund policy applies across several hosting, VPS, and server product lines, with refund processing within 15 days after the required form is completed. Renewal discipline is important for VPS, dedicated server, and colocation users because expired services may be suspended quickly, and retained data may be removed after the stated grace period.

Payment options include bank transfer, PromptPay, and credit card payment. Bank-payment options include SCB and Kasikorn Bank, which makes the service convenient for Thai customers and companies that need local payment handling.

🏢 Data Center

Metrabyte Cloud’s infrastructure is centered on their own data center operation under Metrabyte Datacenter Co., Ltd., located on the 18th floor of CAT Tower, Bang Rak, Bangkok. This location is important because CAT Tower is one of Thailand’s major telecom and connectivity sites, with access to domestic and international network infrastructure.

The facility includes physical security, CCTV monitoring, access control, fire detection, FM-200 fire suppression, precision air conditioning, controlled temperature and humidity, backup power, UPS systems, and generator protection. Their service environment is built for continuous operation, with 24/7 technical coverage and data center staff support.

The data center profile includes 99.9% availability and a no-downtime design approach supported by redundancy in key infrastructure areas. Hosting products include daily backup practices, while Cloud Backup is available separately for customers that need off-server backup storage for Windows, Linux, desktop, laptop, or Mac environments.

Connectivity is one of Metrabyte Cloud’s strongest points. Dedicated server and colocation services include domestic and international bandwidth, with capacity references such as 3 Gbps international bandwidth, 40 Gbps domestic bandwidth, and domestic expansion up to 200 Gbps. Colocation and dedicated server customers can use network ports such as 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 10 Gbps depending on the selected service.

Metrabyte Cloud operates its own network under AS56067. Network routing and peering records identify the network as Metrabyte DataCenter Co., Ltd., also associated with Metrabyte Cloud, with Asian-Pacific geographic scope. This is a meaningful advantage over hosting companies that only resell third-party infrastructure without their own autonomous system or data center footprint.

✍️ Customer Support

Customer support is available 24/7/365, which is especially valuable for VPS, dedicated server, colocation, Forex VPS, and business email customers. Support is available by phone, email, Line, online support form, and the customer portal. Their engineers handle hosting, VPS, server, network, cloud, and data center support, while the company also provides consulting-oriented services for web design, SEO, advertising, streaming, and OpenStack environments.

The support model is practical for customers in Thailand because it combines Thai-language assistance, local phone contact, Line contact, and local billing support. Business customers can also work through the official company contact channels for tax, payment, and account-related issues.

🔨 Control Panel

Metrabyte Cloud uses different control panels depending on the service type. Linux Hosting and WordPress Hosting use DirectAdmin, which gives customers a familiar hosting interface for websites, domains, email, databases, SSL, cron jobs, and related account functions.

Windows Hosting uses Plesk, which is appropriate for ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, PHP on Windows, email management, SSL, and Windows-based web hosting administration. This is a strong match for customers who need Windows hosting rather than Linux shared hosting.

Cloud VPS customers receive a self-service portal with power controls, reboot, shutdown, OS reinstall, monitoring graphs, and remote console access through the browser. Dedicated server and colocation users also benefit from KVM over IP, which allows remote access down to the BIOS level. Cloud Backup includes a management console for backup policies, user permissions, logs, restoration, synchronization, and backup control.

🎯 Conclusion

Metrabyte Cloud is a strong option for customers who want Thai-hosted infrastructure with a real data center presence, local support, and a broader service catalog than standard shared hosting. Their strengths include own IDC infrastructure, AS56067 network operation, 24/7 support, Linux and Windows hosting, DirectAdmin and Plesk control panels, Cloud VPS, Forex VPS, Dedicated Servers, Colocation, Cloud Backup, business email, domains, and SSL certificates.

The company is especially suitable for Thai businesses, developers, agencies, e-commerce projects, Forex users, and customers that need a mix of hosting and infrastructure services under one provider. Their local presence, CAT Tower data center location, THB billing, Thai support, and Microsoft SPLA licensing are practical advantages.

The main limitations are tied to clarity and consistency. Some product details are spread across multiple Thai service sections, and renewal / suspension rules require attention for VPS and dedicated-server customers. Even with those cautions, Metrabyte Cloud remains a credible Thai hosting and infrastructure provider, particularly for customers who want Bangkok-based hosting, direct local support, and scalable services from shared hosting to colocation.
