Rude customer service and support ever!
So I'm taking a responsible to maintain a site hosted with mesrahosting. Termination was unfair and policy of deleting data is only 1 month,

And whats more, customer support is rude and doesnt help anything. Just dont do any hosting with them, Theyre so rude!

Been using Mesra for over 10 years and always found their after sales service totally awesome, their prices around 50% of everyone else and having used others in Australia (my home) would never think of anyone else.

Poor customer service
Very poor customer service and support. Slow response.
Tech gives very general answer to issues. No valid response for more than 10 days.

About Mesra Hosting

Established in 1996, Mesra Hosting (Previously Known As Multi System Resources And Network Sdn Bhd.) started a free web-based email service. Over the years it has developed into a directories and information website that provide many information and services to the users. We have now ventured into web hosting services, with the aim to provide a reliable service for our customers at a considerably reduced price, and competitive to what is already on offer in Malaysia. From our own experience of web services, we believe we could provide the same, if not better, standard of services. Already established at Subang Jaya, Selangor & Ipoh, Perak for the past few years, our data centre is only located at TMNet Netmyne, Cyberjaya, the capital of Information Technology of Malaysia.

Great service ever
This company very helpful and sincere, i hosted more then 40 domains since 2005 and the CEO always advice me if i have some of technical problem, good value for money!!

Worst hosting company
Never consider to host your personal or company website to this bloody company.
i. Act study
ii. Technical Team not picking up your call for support.
iii. If they did, the technician simply make the caller listen to radio sound.
iv. Endless calls and no action.
