As a novice in the IT industry, I feel myself fortunate to have picked them. Before purchasing a plan and throughout setup, I had fantastic support. Two of my friends have already asked for it, they also have signed up for their web hosting services. Affordably priced hosting packages with top-notch support. The best customer support. 😠 Very bad service. They are not providing proper support.
There is only one person available for any customer communication and he is not attending calls.
Waste of my time and money. They are cheaters, that server is very worst.
I created many tickets for the past 3 months to refund my money.
but they are not replying and only closing tickets.

😠 Guys dont take any services from him specially all types of hosting from hi. He is a cheater by profession and also a fraud guy. he stays in friends colony in delhi. his name is amit sood. Past 10 years i am continuously and honestly using his service in terms of hosting services from him. I am running my own IT Company from last 20 years. Almost more than 50000+ websites are hosted in meganet hosting. I was fed up with lots of complaint in terms of server issues,website is not running,etc from my every client. everyday website was closed or down even same with my own company . Everyday my website was down. Everyday i need to call amit sood or mail him. He is totally a fake and fraud guy. I have done police Complaint against him. and also launched complains in consumer forum.
