I am using Magic web India's windows hosting since last 2 years and i am very satisfied with their service. I faced technical problem only once but the resolve the problem very soon. But their Linux plans have more features. If you really need Ms.SQL then only go for windows plan. Otherwise go for Linux.

😞 Magic web india is very good price for the type of server they provide. May be it's my luck that the server has been contantly going down and the fix is so slow. Simple fix as apache settings normally take a whole day. This time the server went completely down. It has been 3 days now, all my websites are still not working, no emails. Yes the business is loosing money because of such a huge downtime. Communication is poor with Magic Web india and with 3 days downtime, surely it is becoming very expensive now.
Server is not that fast although it's a 16 CPU server.
Communication is poor with the staff of Magic Web india.

😠 Service has gone a second time and unable to reach anyone. Has been down all weekend not only affecting me, but my customers. Unable to reach anyone at Magic Web by phone and obviously email. I would recommend sticking with the bigger names out there instead of these India companies that constantly go offline temporarily or disappear altogether.

😁 It is hard for me to put in words how great MagicWebIndia is except for better than perfect. Only hosting with them for unlimited Linux reseller for the past few weeks... I have experienced the best support and quality of hosting than that of the past year with another host. I really do wish I could rate them higher than a 10 because they deserve it. But i don't think they are cheap Web Hosting Company. Because their is So many Free Hosting Company. Compared to them they are costly. But the Features are really much better then a FREE hosting Company. I am using their Unlimited Hosting Plan. Its Really Great.

They Good News is They Provide Free Trial Hosting (Only is you have already Registered Domain,They don't Provide Sub Domain or Trial For domain Name). Also Very Supportive and Friendly. But If you Create a Support Ticket they will answer only after 1-2 Hours Later. you will not Get immediate Reply for Support Tickets. If you go for Live Chat, then only you can get instant Reply. So Suppot is Quite Good.
Magic Web India's web Hosting Plans are superb and so Cheap and reliable compared to other Companies. But the Domain Name Price is quite greater compared to other web Hosting Company in India.
Only They Problem is with PayPal, If you Going to Pay through PayPal directly From Their website, Then PayPal will not accept the Payment. Because They have given INR(Indian Rupees) as their currency but PayPal does not support INR.
