😞 Terrible customer service. I was expecting instant installation, but I get it done in 2 to 3 days. The response prolonged, I am very disappointed about it. I should have chosen between Host gator, Domain racer, and go daddy. I need better support in the future.

😁 Cheapest Host That DOESNT Bring You Headache
i like their control panel/dashboard the most.. easy if you host more than 2 sites on different package (my script require me to host on different cpanel on each of them)currently i'm hosting 3 sites on 3 different hosting package and planning to add 1 more..

😞 Very Poor and Inconsistent hosting
Hi this is prabhu, I've transferred to Jomhosting in mid June 2016, Transfer from my previous to JOM is big headacke, Only web content moved not the mil content. again for payment its a big workflow which is not there even in any highly secured bank. When it come to customer support horrible they climed 24X7 but and now telling on working days even those days very poor support. 17/07/2017 i see my site is hacked. all mail accounts got deleted from Cpannel, Is this normal for Jomhosting?? I've never encountered such problem during my last hosting and this has created so much inconveniences to me and my IM business. I need assurance from Jomhosting that this will not happen again because I cant do business such situation continues. I will escalate the matter upwards and demand for compensation from you accordingly. Please revert with advice and resolution on the matter.

😠 I've been with jomhosting just for my domains for over 5 years now, just to host the domain. While it's affordable, and it does what it's supposed to do - the customer support is absolutely terrible. Just to make payments is such a hassle (I actually want to pay - but the workflow is a nightmare), and the customer support NEVER answers your questions, until you point out that they never answered your question.

I really think the worst thing about JomHosting is the support. Am thinking about moving out just because of this.
