😠 There is almost no technical support at all. They listed a technical support number or their office number. I called more than 30 to 50 times for 2-3 days and no one answer. Everything has to be routed to their email service and wait for their overseas outsourced support to email you. It takes at least 2 days to solve even a simple stuff. UNBELIEVEABLE that such poor No Service Web Hosting company can operate in today's competitive environment. You have been warned of such mediocre practice. Best to avoid this garbage company. Our whole company regret our decision to choose this company as our provider.

😁 1. Excellent price in terms of their service and support provided. I prefer talking to a human being when you have digital problem.
2. Going the extra mile, they can advise me with their best knowledge on my personal computer hardware which is out of their scope of work!
3. Last but not least, they make me feel secure and ease to be with them as their staffs is at least ave 7 years old there and many were there since day 1 till now for more than 10 years. It is a stable company.

I do not usually commend people but Derek and his team really did a good job for our website and email based on what we can see with our naked eyes.
Everything regards to the email, website layout, design, links and especially the editable platform has been done in a perfect fashion.
Migration was done without any downtime and there is no additional charges for such services, where other service providers will normally charge a couple of hundreds.
So I believe it is time we reward IWI at least for their services, for what they done and their over-deliverance in giving us a very professional corporate website, web hosting and email hosting.
Many times I have a request Derek and his team will deliver immediately with no additional cost, no complaints or whatsoever.
