IPtoX operates AS33828. Its BGP network includes the IPv4 ranges 46.235.200.0/21, 95.128.200.0/21 and 185.43.116.0/22. Transit connectivity includes Cogent Communications and Level 3 / Lumen.

Critical Dynamic Hosting components use n+1 redundancy. Automatic scaling can start replacement server instances when a cluster component fails, while load balancing distributes requests between web, application and database systems. Failed resources can be removed from active service without requiring the entire platform to be stopped.

The service conditions include a 99.9% annual availability guarantee for server and network infrastructure. Announced maintenance periods and failures caused by external suppliers are excluded from the availability calculation.

Failure to meet the guaranteed availability or agreed SLA response periods can result in service credits. Depending on the severity and duration of the interruption, credits can range from 5% to 50% of the monthly fee for the affected service.

Managed backups are created once per day and stored on separate backup systems. Standard retention ranges from four to six days, with additional backup capacity available as a paid option.

✍️ Customer Support

Customer support is available through email, telephone and a ticket system. Managed hosting packages include SLA Silver, operating-system maintenance, control-panel updates, security patching, continuous NOC monitoring and technical assistance during the applicable service period.
