😁 Seems like most of the negative reviews on this site were done by one unhappy customer. I've had no problems with their service or support and that is saying a lot because most hosting companies suck. But with intertune I have not had any complaints.

😁 I just signed up for Intertune's payperhost service and it rocks! Support is super responsive with 24/7 chat as well.

😁 I've been an Intertune customer after their acquisition of Payperhost a couple years ago. They have greatly improved the support Payperhost offered by having 24/7 live chat and responses to emails for support in less than 20 minutes. One thing I wish they would do a bit faster is PHP 7.x support for the older servers they acquired from Payperhost. They offer that on their newer servers but not the ones they acquired, that is my only gripe and I heard they will take care of that soon. Otherwise I'm a happy customer.

😠 Im very disappointed. This company have very poor support, lies to customer, and I recognize that this company is SCAM. Remaining credit they cant back, and it is month about it....

😁 I've hosted my site with them for a little while now and their uptime has been great and responses to my queries have been very fast.

😁 I've actually hosted my site with Intertune for years and never had any problems. I frequently get a reply from their support team in less than an hour and have found them to always be available via their web chat. It seems like the complaints here might have been part of a migration they made. I can see how that could cause problems and result in unhappy reviews as those things are never easy and most people aren't technical enough to help a company transition their services.

😠 I was moved over to Intertune when they acquired the customers of "Modwest" and experienced so many problems I had to move all websites (including multiple reseller accounts).

😠 The previous reviews have it right: These people are useless. Simple requests go unanswered for days and weeks. Their email system is flawed. They haven't even tested their own very basic help files by the look of it. And don't try to run domain aliases; that will seriously confuse them - they even admit to not being able to handle that transition on their website! So if you're one of the 3% of customers who got dumped into Intertune using aliases, good luck trying to figure that out, because they won't help you.

😠 Agree 100% with the previous review. Rude and arrogant customer support agents with attitude who know nothing and can't help. Ticket response time is days, not hours. Every single issue I've had has been due to their own mistakes and incompetence.

😠 These guys don't appear to be qualified to run an E-mail server, let alone an entire hosting solution. Support requests are met with repeated, offensive, and ignorant brush-offs that claim you need to "upgrade your client" or other attempts to blame the customer for Intertune's failings... even after they are fully informed of the versions of the software you're running (and that they ARE completely up to date).
Intertune's blunders defy even the most cursory common-sense oversight. I'm considering leasing a VPS at Linode and running my own host instead of baby-sitting these hacks.
