😠 We used intergrid for over 5 years and they used to be great. But then they were bought out by another company and became terrible.
They lost our data on one of the servers and said, "these things happen" that's a quote from a Senior Account Manager that emailed us, they have numerous network issues and wouldn't refund money for sla, they have issues with their interface and you can't restart servers (still broken after 3 months) and various other issues.
We can confirm they are all about money now and have increased prices significantly.
It's a real shame as we used to really like the company but since they were bought out everything changed.
There's much better hosting companies in Australia so we recommend pretty much all the others and have been really happy since we left them.

😠 When servers are up, great. Support is pretty fast. But the hardware now is very dated and unreliable. I had several servers with these guys, and a few outages of a day or more, which is unacceptable. At xmas, one of my remaining Intergrid critical servers died, and support was hopeless. After days of outage, support suggested i just "load up a new server" - they didn't even try to recover anything. Then they promised to refund the monthly $200 fee, which they didn't, and THEN they charged me another $200 for a cancelled service, which they also have not refunded. I have put the matter to Fair Trading to get my money back. I cannot recommend these guys now at all.

we paid for services and paid for 7 suspended services upto different dates so we request you to unsuspend services this is final thing we are asking before filing any legal sui in consumer court alongwith autsralian courts
we also want to inform you that you didnt provided services as per paid invoices the card dispute will be filled
i hope you will hear and resolve issue
there are forum which evalute our case
the poor service I received from your company , I am most annoyed that I wasted my time to take this kind of services further i will complaint against your ceo as well
