infrenion.com is a great host I ever found. I have been hosting a domain more than 3 years, no matter if you have even no basic hosting knowledge, just contact them on live chat support and most of the time issues is resoled instantly.
Their live chat and ticket support team is always helpful. full marks to the entire support team, I am very greatful and thanks to gos that I founs such a good hosting provider.
Their support is always good, in terms of price good value for money, always receives a good deal with plan. Servers are very powerful ...trust me I haven't noticed any downtime yet ...except maintenance or major upgrade on server.
If anyone looking for fast and reliable support as well servers I highly recommend Infrenion.com

😠 If you're considering this outfit then all I can say is I urge you to think again. I've had an account with this hopeless shower for over a year and a client has had one for around the same period of time. I've given them a 1 for all aspects because nothing can make up for the utterly abysmal service I've experienced.
In the period of time I've been with them they have...
-Moved accounts and domains without notice and deleted most of the files on the process. Never told, it took weeks to notice this.
-Uptime that leaves a lot to be desired. Difficulty with http and mail connections should be expected on a regular basis.
-Security holes have meant that standard static html sites have been hacked with phishing pages and SEO spam pages to the point where we have had to provide a major bank with copious amounts of data regarding a hack.
-Customer support that just shifts any blame to someone / anyone else.
-Cancelling payment subscriptions without warning and then [read more...]

😁 I find the online 24/7 support line a great help. I am not very techie with this stuff and I have only had a few minor issues, but as I am on a different time zone I find this resource invaluable, issues seem to get sorted quite quickly and representatives are very friendly and helpful. I have used this feature twice in the last 2 weeks and its been great. Thanks a lot.

I will say they are one of the cheap yet the best hosting company, never had to think for second option from the day I am with them.

😠 Infrenion touts its relationship with Bitmoov. I originally purchased shared hosting with them to obtain a bitmoov license. Despite representations on their website that Bitmoov is available for $100 annual license with shared hosting, I was told after I ordered that I must get VPS service to obtain a Bitmoov license. So ... I cancelled my shared license order and ordered their Silver VPS service. I then ordered a Bitmoov license with the understanding that it would be installed within 24 hours. Two weeks later ... still no Bitmoov. They finally refunded my Bitmoov license fee of $300 saying that they are severing their relationship with Bitmoov but have refused to refund my VPS fee of $329 saying it is non refundable under the terms of service. These people engage in deceptive practices. They still display their bitmoov sales page online to this day despite their representation that they have severed their relationship. 😁 Infrenion offers amazing web plans and packages and as our business has grown infrenion has been there all the way. They have great server uptime and have never let me down, response from support is instant and they are always there to lend a helping hand.
The plans and packages are top-notch with perfect features for my business. I think Infrenion is great and would happily reccomend them to anyone looking for great packages and amazing service.

😠 infrenion service is crap.
We are hosting fast growing website with them and working hard to get traffic to our site.
We are only using half of the bandwidth quota. They suspended our account without notice and insist us to upgrade to VPS plan or our account remains suspended. FYI, we dont breach any of their terms and conditions.
This sounds like ransom-host-service to us.
