😠 I would warn anyone against hosting their website with this company. I have been a customer since September of 2005 and finally I have reached the point where I am moving all of my sites. Trouble tickets regularly stay open and unanswered for 48+ hours. They also advertise a toll free 24-7 tech support number on their site but I have NEVER actually spoke with a real live person. The voice messages you leave never get returned. The claims they make about support and service on their website are complete fabrications. Unless you have total disregard for tech support I would host my site elsewhere!
