A breath of fresh air
Having come from HG where the prices were good but the customer support was severely lacking, IDC Thailand was a breath of fresh air. The prices are great and the Customer Support is the best. They are friendly and go over and above expectations

Good hosting service
I have been hosting here for about 3 years and the quality of hosting has been excellent. the support is very fast and their system has several layers of security so far it has all be very good.

Web Hosting that satisfies an IT pro!
We've had our site at here for a few years now and have been thrilled. I used to host with another host but the price kept climbing the longer you stayed. When I saw the IDC Thailand and checked out their service I was thrilled that it was affordable and had Cpanel setup I'm so used to. They don't cripple you either. You can do what you need to do as an admin.

From Hell to Heaven, from ******** to IDC Thailand
I have move to IDC Thailand and it's just like getting out from Hell and entering to Heaven. The difference is so Big that I'm feeling so happy and lucky that I have made a right decision. Especially, the Technical support that's amazing ! Really Wonderful ! I just got a problem about the domain transfer, the technical Lady Support response me immediately within 5 seconds ! That's Amazing! And she carefully check my account and solve my problem within 2 minutes. You know how long I have to wait for the technical service when I'm in ******** (India), it takes days ! and they aren't professional. It's really worth to move to here.

Fast service indeed
I have had a great experience. The websites are consistently up and whenever I've had any issues, support has been extremely responsive. It's been a very positive experience compared to my last hosting company AND the prices are the best I've seen from their location.

Nightmarish experience with IDC
On 5 Feb, IDC disappeared without trace for three days, including the home page. Even thnic, who register the .TH domains, couldn't find them, so in desperation I transferred my domain elsewhere. On 7 Feb, IDC re-surfaced with a restrained apology, but had the cheek to criticise the torrent of abuse it had received on facebook (which I don't use). That page was taken down after a day and the facebook messages deleted. Then I tried to reclaim the redundant 358 days of my annual fee which I had just paid before the outage. No chance! My attempts earned me hostile responses... and no refund!
IDC provides no phone numbers, no office address, and invoices are payable into a personal bank account. That probably tells you all you need to know.

In regards to your refund, I don't know of any hosting that refunds after 2 years of hosting, maybe they exist, but I am not aware of any. After 2 years of hosting we don't offer refunds.
And although we didn't have to, we still offered you a free months hosting or a months refund, you declined.

You can search the web for the biggest providers, websites do go down at times, and sometimes they can be down for days, yours was under 24 hours.

Better than my grandmas cooking
They are simply the best. I have one of my VPS's with them and like a Noob didn't backup my data, I know I'm not very smart, actually I'm not very smart. But IDC Thailand helped to get my VPS up and running fast. They're support is friendly and their prices are on par with international even though I should use more brains and not compare a small local country to that of highly developed countries but like I said I'm not a smart person. Anyway they are good place with good people at a good price so hopefully this time I am a little smarter by hosting with them. If not maybe my mom can give me a lobotomy.

I've been using them for 3 years for reseller hosting, they are never down so the Danny troll is full of it most likely a competitor just lying.
They have been fast and support has always been helpful when I need them, I have 45 of my clients on them and not a single complaint from any of them.

Terrible hosting, super overpriced compared to comparable services abroad. Downtime is probably 5% compared to .001% for most reliable hosts. Entire website and all the sites they host seem to completely go down when it rains. STAY AWAY from this terrible service.

If you had issues with connections in the rain that would be your ISP not your hosting provider.
Not sure where you get the super overpriced from, our prices have always been about the same as International providers even though Thailand connection and hardware costs twice as much as what providers in the US pay. But even with that we have managed to stay at almost the same cost and in some cases provide better costs with more on offer.
With so many misconceptions we are certain you were hosting with a different provider, when you are ready to host with a proper provider we are here to help.
