😃 Für den Preis von rund CHF 60 im Jahr gibt's kaum Grund zur Klage. Perfekt zum Üben und wenn die WordPress-Bestie mal ein wenig zahmer durch die Optimierung wird, stürzt dieses auch nicht gleich ständig mehr ab. Ausser beim Übertreiben. ;-)
Das ist sogleich auch der Grösste Wermutstropfen, denn sonst bin ich auch vom schnellen Support überzeugt. Also drei Punkte Abzug;
* Der Erste, weil die Server schnell überlastet sind und dann den Geist aufgeben, wenn's kritisch ist -> könnt auch an meinen miserablen Kenntnissen liegen. ;-)
* einer für die eher schlechten und weniger ausführlichen Anleitungen, wenn's hart auf hart kommt.
* Der letzte Punkt Abzug gibt's für Applikation, die im App-Center vor sich hingammeln und die Kompatibilitätsgrenze zu PHP längst überflogen haben.

Kauft mann für ein Jahr Hosting ein und kündigt dann, wird der Dienst bereits einen Monat vor Ende gesperrt. Dass heist man zahlt für 12 Monate, bekommt aber nur 11 Monate.

😠 I am really disappointed by hosttech service. Their price seem low, but when you add extra cost for SSD, the extra cost for a monthly contract and commission fee, you realize that the cost is the same as others. Plus control panel is only in german, and they don't provide support over weekend, that it is absurd for a hosting company these days.
And finally, when you ask to cancel the contract made for one month, they ask you to pay another month! And this is absolutely unacceptable for a "cloud server". Other real cloud companies bill per minute, and they have no contractual terms, this is the power of a real cloud hosting. I therefore wonder whether it is really a cloud server. I regret bitterly that I have left Exoscale for hosttech. Exoscale is far away in quality of service compared to hosttech. Absolutely I do not recommend to anyone hosttech.
