😠 Nu recomand aceasta firma, fiind una de incompetenti ! Alegeti in cunostiinta de cauza!
Am trecut prin experienta de a pierde un site cu 2600 de articole publicate, pentru ca aceasta asa zisa firma de hosting, mi l-a sters din greseala si ulterior s-a dovedit ca nu aveau nici un back-up!
In urma acestei experiente, mi-au scris pe ticketul de support ca le pare rau, si m-au invitat sa citesc in Termeni si conditii, unde scrie: Toti clientii sunt obligati sa realizeze periodic propriile backup-uri din panoul de control cPanel -> Backup si sa le descarce local.
Cum ar veni, ei fac backup zilnic, scrie in contract la servicii furnizate, scrie pe prima pagina BACKUP zilnic, dar daca le-a fost lene, sau altceva, te trimit la Termeni si conditii unde scrie ca trebuie sa-ti faci tu singur (obligat!!!).
Va descriu experienta mea mai in detaliu cu aceasta firma cu doi baieti si un calculator, numita firma de hosting, ca sa stiti cum alegeti in cunostiinta de cauza.
