I have been having troubles with my previous host as their service wasn't consistent but switching to hostmediauk was a great decision for me. I have been using it since March and never had any problems, the service is great and I get emails about any and all changes. I love it!

I've been using the free ColdFusion hosting from hostmediauk.com for several months now, and I have to say that I couldn't be happier with the service they provide.
Not only do I have reliable uptime and plenty of bandwidth for my applications, but the customer service is outstanding. When I first started hosting with them, I was having an incompatibility issue in one of my applications with their server set up. However, they responded immediately to the issues and went out of their way to implement a solution.
Really fast, outstanding customer support--I recommend them to everyone I know.

HostIssues.com developed to help Host Media UK services - After very useful review comments we found that Host Media UK needed a better way of getting information in case of a fail of the main US web servers.
As the Host Media UK website (hostmediauk.com) is on the main servers to allow examples of speed, features etc when a server restart occures and a short period where sites may go offline customers were unsure what was going on. This is also the case when a server is being upgraded, which mainly happens to our US servers as our UK servers are build based on the UK2 systems and dedicated servers.
If any of the US servers or dedicated servers go down and the Host Media UK website is unable to be accessed customers will be able to use HostIssues.com which is a phpBB3 forum where customers can see posts by the team or other customers regarding any issues. The site will continue to get improved with new features over the next few months. The site is hosted on our UK servers in London to make sure they are kept in a different area than the [...]

I have had hosting with Hostmedia UK for a couple of weeks now and I must say that I'm impressed with their hosting features and up-time. I have the hosting free plan which I'm trying out and it everything goes well which it looks like it is I'm going to upgrade to one of their other plans. I have not yet had to ask about customer support but I will update this review if needed. I am very satisfied with their business and hope that things keep going well so that I will upgrade my free hosting plan with them to a paid hosting plan.

😃 Recently we signed up for a basic package ("Mini Reseller") with Host Media UK, who are a lot cheaper than the rest of the field. We had a few questions about cPanel and about transferring all our content from our previous hosting company; the nice thing was that when we generated a support ticket it got a quick and helpful response from someone who actually wanted to make sure everything worked out. Overall we're very happy with the move – this is great value for money.

😁 I have been with them for couple weeks , for the cheap price i thought it too good to be true . but it realy works and the server up the time . Come On for less than $8 you can host unlimited domains !! it realy True and not Scam . i like them and they realy Have fast Server . I hope they keep the Good Work . i have now 3 sites Hosted with them and all works Smooth . for less than $8 every year No other companies Can beat this Price . Sure they New But Sure they Have Good Service .
