😁 У нас несколько сайтов, размещены на их серверах, компания большая, много проектов. Удобно то, что у них широкий выбор серверов с разными конфигурациями, и стоят они недорого. Аптайм на всех серверах составляет 99%, ем равзу не было такого, что сайт не справлялся с нагрузкой.

😁 Арендовал готовый сервер у Хосткей, их команда выдала его всего за несколько минут после оплаты (все нужные ISO были уже там, систему ставил сам). Плата за аренду одна из самых низких по РФ, причем пока они ее даже не повышали ни разу.

😃 Мы перешли к ним два года назад , т.к. потребовалось хранить информацию на российских серверах. По деньгам выходит дешевле, чем ранее платили голландским провайдерам. По качеству, я бы не сказал, что хуже, хорошее железо, по характеристикам оказалось даже лучше, чем то, что мы арендовали ранее.

A great hoster for a developing project. As for me, I was looking for a normal data center with a stable ping for Belarus with priority, in my case, the majority of data centers in Moscow went through retn.net Ukraine, which is constantly overloaded. Immediately goes directly through Beltelecom, there are several commercial data centers that go to our country in the same way, but they are too expensive and you need to sign a contract with them.

I constantly violated communication channels within 50-80 megabits, and I didn't notice any difficulties with increasing response or cutting traffic (although I was a victim of several data centers that underestimated some parameters, especially during rush hour).

Support is slow, but 24 hours a day. Personally, I tried Skype support, they certainly hide it :) and saying that we work on the ticket system, but you understand that sometimes you need to quickly contact and without Skype it's just no way

Hello, I would like to leave positive feedback about Hostkey. I rented dedicated servers for my project, as a result, everything went fine and works to this day. 😁 У Хосткей мы взяли один из готовых вариантов по серверам - всё было готово к использованию всего за несколько минут после оплаты. Операционка была уже установлена заранее. Остальное можно быдо установить и из ISO-образов, которые имеются на сервере - это очень удобно.

😁 Здесь можно взять сервера на железе последних поколений, причем если заказываешь индивидуальную конфигурацию, то можно договориться о закупке оборудования как в Москве, так и Европе. Нам сервер по индивидуальному заказу собрали и отдали всего за один день. Причем это сервер в Нидерландах.

😁 Пользуюсь давно уже VPS в Нидерландах от них и там проблем с ними никаких не было. Поддержка работает оперативно, и что важно, там можно их услуги оплачивать российской компании на рублевый счет. ЦОДы у них хорошие, поэтому никаких длительных профилактических работ и т.п.

😠 I do not recommend this host. Fell for the low prices. After a successful payment and an hour of waiting for the server to be created, it did not appear in the control panel. The money is successfully gone, there is no server. Stay away from them.

😁 I'm really satisfied with the Hostkey service. I have been renting dedicated servers for more than 2 years. Account managers are really helpful and flexible. I ordered a custom server, but some hardware wasn't available at that moment, so hostkey offered me a better one for the same price. I have never had any problems with my servers and connection. 😁 Арендуем выделенный GPU сервер на RTX A5000 в Нидерландах у Hostkey. Была, конечно мысль, собрать собственный сервер, но это в разы дороже только по капитальным затратам, не считая еще затраты на обслуживание сервера, а тут в сумму аренды уже все входит, при необходимости все починят и заменят, хотя у нас за год аренды проблем не было ни разу. К тому же, отпадет у нас необходимость в GPU сервере просто откажемся от аренды, и не нужно будет думать куда деть дорогущий БУ сервер.

😠 Got a server with this company. Crazy as it is I began being spammed by another client on the same Hostkey network. Hostkey REFUSES to do anything about a rampant 50+ email a day spammer running a massive phising operation across three of their servers. I cannot send mail anywhere because most of their subnets have clearly been blocked for this rampant abuse. Their support and abuse departments are non existent.

They moment you encounter one, the only way to contact them is via their dead ticket system. It takes at least 1 week before you get a reply from them.

1 week of downtime is not acceptable for an online business.

😠 Takes a few days to solve problems. They seem to email "Your server is ready" while in reality, server is inaccessible. The lowest quality of service I've ever encountered on the net.

😠 HostKey turned on to scamming
We bought a dedicated server with /25 ip blocks.

But when we tested the ips its already blocked with yahoo networ.

So after 3 days, on my continuous request, they give some ip blocks. But this time they were already blacklisted on all RBL and aol has very bad reputation on those ip blocks.

So i mentioned them to give the good IP block. But till now , no reposnes . They acting like Deaf and dumb now.

Really frustrating. I lost € 266.5 for that server.

Too bad service. Take your own risk, if you like.
