This service is terrible
You will never get a name transferred over using this company. They just tell you to call someone else when you need help. The problem will never be fixed with their technical support (or lack thereof). I have been trying for over four weeks, and my website apparently won't get transferred without me renewing with the old service for another year, so I get to pay for both hosting companies but the site still doesn't show up.
