Although I have not faced following problem on my domain, I used to face this very frequently, on domain www.epcnsk.com for whom I developed the site and i am their system admin.
1) I had to get permission to create Views in MySql repeatedly.
2) I had to get myself allowed to create more than one databases
frequently.

😃 Good Prices, Excellent Support, Aging Software
I have 1 domain with host.co.in and I decided to move because my current hosting solution sucks (net4.in, I'm talking about you). I needed a better provider with servers in India (management's decision) and this severely limited my options.
I chose host.co.in because they have a DC in India and also saw that they offer features (IMAP, 100 emails per domain) at prices that matched US based providers.
I was unsure at first but decided to bite the bullet and moved one of my domains to these guys. Since it's been just a month, my review may not give a complete picture. Just so that I am fair, I will be comparing my first month with host.co.in against the first month I experienced at my previous provider.

First the negatives:
* I was concerned that their hosting platform is old (Win 2003, old Plesk CP, etc.) but had very little choice, given my requirements.
* Still rough around the edges:
TOS is an unformatted word doc,

😁 I had a hosting plan with one of my old hosting service provider but I had a huge problem with the hosting provider and needs to shift to a new hosting service provider ,then with a research from a few friends I got to know about host.co.in.After approval and complete setup of services I shifted the hosting to host.co.in and the beginning was ok and I thought that we are going in a right direction..
The most important thing I liked about them are their support on phone or text are the best.They help you form each and every manner when I was in need.They give you the best service always .I truly appreciate their concern towards their clients queries.The help you with their best knowledge base and technology.
I am too planing to update my hosting plan with them as they have manage to keep my site running smoothly even when it has grown 2 times bigger than it was with the previous hosts and response times.

😁 I wanna tell you that Host.co.in is one of the best and most reliable companies in India region. The thing is that I needed to host my e-shop in India and found this decent company.
As my site grows they have moved me to different servers and helped me through any problems. There support is the best, it replies on any problems very fast, not some other hosts I had. Any issues I've had were resolved right away.
My site has never encountered slow-down nor has it ever been offline without explanation.
As for their plans, the cost is good for what they have to offer, they through in a lot of extra stuff in the cPanel area which is very useful, for example, fantastico, which let's you install many useful scripts by filling out a small form and hitting a submit button.
Overall, I highly recommend this host to anyone.
