😠 Poor service, dated experience
A below average webhost, would not recommend. Inherited a site hosted with Hoopla and it's been one issue after another. The most recent issue (and final one since I'm going to be shifting this client to a trustworthy host) is they were caught out by a very well-signalled AddTrust root certificate expiry on May 30. This means Hoopla is simply happy to coast and collect monthly payments without performing core maintenance. I'm no sysadmin but even I was aware this was due to happen!
