😠 In the last week alone my sites were down over 14 hours. We were down over 12 hours last month. Their customer service is non existent and their hardware is unstable. To add insult to injury they have also put my applications on servers with single processors while they charged me for dual processors for months untill we busted them. The owner of the company, Jim Nitterauer, does not either know what he is doing or care. Possibly both. The added irony is they are one of the most expensive providers in the market. Save your money, energy and sanity by avoiding Grid South.
