😠 was working fine for years, I had some unexplained interruption about "bandwidth" or some nonsense? but missed my renewal, caught it a couple days later (June 07 2021), and paid for five more years...
gotonames.com lets me sign in, tells me my domain expires in 2026, but when I try to change the nameserver, tells me my domain's expired, so I can't change it?
this has been going on for 3 weeks... I don't know how to fix this, enom says "we don't get involved in $$ disputes with our resellers" and we'd be glad to have you pay $50/year to host it with us! as they think my domain's expired too...
I'm just frustrated, and no one can help me, hands in air!!!

😠 I had many domains with them and their customer service is terrible and this has cause many problems. I wish I never started with them as they are a joke.

😠 Bought 2nd domain last wk with limedomains...immediately forwarded site using 301 and was working perfectly. Went to check it today and - nothing- blank directory page. Logged into control panel and domain shows 301 is active but is still not forwarding. Called 24 7 customer support and phone just hangs up on me. Baffling "support" and useless control panel. I had no problems with my other site which I also forwarded but this is disturbing, especially since I already began pushing the new domain.
I signed up for basic domain/ hosting only. Price is average compared to others.

😠 Everything is fine, except for the email issue I have had since GO! I built my business website and hosted it with LimeDomains. Every single email inadvertently gets blacklisted and into the Spam folder. I have escalated this almost 10 times with the same 'ol "It is not our fault, this is a new domain".
Now I am an IT manager and I know that is not true. If the mail server IP,DNS and root server publication is strong, there is no reason for Gmail for crying out loud, to mark you as Spam de-facto. So embarrassing with my customers and the damn chat support jerk does not understand. No ownership of the customer's concern, pathetic training to support staff, poor resolution ( None, in my case ) and I am unable to escalate to anyone else bcuz there is no contact info about anyone including the CEO ( India / US ). I had a lot of respect for George Searles, after Limewire and the LimeExcahnge idea, but a BIG THUMBS DOWN. Looking to transfer domains now.
